📦 How do I customize my item before checkout?

To customize your item:

  1. Click the gray “Customize” button on the product page.
  2. Use the customization tools to enter your engraving or design details.
  3. Click the orange “Add to Cart” button inside the tool to save your design.

⚠️ Important: Do not click the gray “Add to Cart” button before customizing — it will skip the design step and delay your order.

⏳ What happens if I forget to customize after purchase?

If you don’t submit your customization, we can’t begin production. You’ll receive a reminder within 48 hours. If we don’t hear back, the order may be delayed or canceled based on the product type and communication attempts.

✏️ Can I make changes to my customization after submitting it?

We can accommodate small changes as long as the item hasn’t gone into production. Please contact us immediately with your order number and update request.

♻️ Can I order the same design layout on multiple items?


Yes! After customizing your first item, click the “Save” button in the customization tool. You can reuse the design for other items that need that same layout.

👤 Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required to check out. However, creating one helps you:

  • Track your orders
  • Access saved customizations
  • View past purchases for reordering

🚚 How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after customization is submitted. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

We recommend providing your event/need by date and upgrading your shipping if it's a rush order

📬 What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary depending on the product, quantity, and your location.

You’ll see the exact total at checkout before confirming your order.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $99.

⚡ Do you offer rush or expedited production?

Rush production is available for select items for an added fee.

Please contact us before placing your order if you're working with a tight deadline so we can confirm availability.

📍 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address — just contact us right away.

If the new address is in a different state or shipping zone, a small additional fee may apply if it affects the shipping cost.

If your order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to assist you with redirecting or reshipping options.
