At The Wright Memories, each item is made to order and personalized with care. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


❌ No Returns or Cancellations

All items are custom-made specifically for you. Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly and cannot be canceled or modified. We do not accept returns for personalized items.


✅ Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or if an error was made on our end, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Describe the issue briefly

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be processed.


🛠️ Personalization Responsibility

We use the Zakeke customization platform to let buyers enter their own personalization. This includes names, dates, and design choices.
Because of this, customers are responsible for:

  • Double-checking spelling, dates, and details

  • Making sure all text and design elements are correct

We are not responsible for buyer-submitted errors (e.g., typos, incorrect names, or layout issues not visible during customization).


🚫 When Replacements Are Not Offered

Replacements or refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer submitted incorrect personalization

  • Buyer changed their mind after ordering

  • Orders delayed due to carrier transit issues (see our Shipping FAQ)

📦 Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after personalization is completed.

Note: The processing clock begins after you've submitted your design or text.

Bulk orders may take longer depending on quantity. If your order is needed for an event (e.g., a church service or special date), please include that information during checkout so we can do our best to meet your timeline.


We typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the item. You'll receive tracking information once the label is created.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
