📦 Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Processing time varies based on the item, quantity, and level of customization:

  • Most orders ship within 3–10 business days

  • Bulk or high-volume orders may require additional time

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • Expedited shipping: Available upon request (rush fee may apply)

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


💰 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and location.

📦 U.S. Orders:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (pre-tax, after discounts) when purchased in a single checkout.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.


📬 Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order is marked as shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Confirm the shipping address submitted at checkout

  2. Check with household members or neighbors

  3. Contact the carrier directly for assistance

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Bulk orders may take longer depending on quantity. If your order is needed for an event (e.g., a church service or special date), please include that information during checkout so we can do our best to meet your timeline.
