1. Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Once your order has been processed and personalized (if applicable), it will be shipped using the most cost-effective carrier available.

• Free Shipping: Orders shipping within the USA qualify for free shipping if the total at checkout is $99 or more, unless otherwise indicated.

• Rush Orders: Requests for expedited shipping (e.g., Express, Air, or Overnight) cancel out free shipping, even if the order exceeds $99.

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within the processing time listed on each product page after personalization is complete. Bulk or custom orders may take longer.

• Digital Products: If your order includes digital files, download instructions will be provided after purchase.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of most of our items, we do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving or damaged product upon arrival).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exceptions:

• If you fail to provide customization details and do not respond to our follow-up messages, your order may be delayed or canceled. Refunds in such cases are subject to a fee.

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

3. Subscription Terms

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for gift boxes and specialty collections.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically via your selected payment method (major credit cards or PayPal).

• Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled before your order is processed or personalized, you may request a full or partial refund.

  • If your subscription is mid-cycle and any portion of it has already been fulfilled or shipped, the refund will be prorated based on remaining unshipped boxes.

  • For digital subscriptions or partially fulfilled digital bundles, no refunds will be issued after access is granted.

• Renewals: All subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. A reminder email will be sent prior to renewal.
