Why Choose Polyester?
Unlike designs that are applied as a separate layer on top of the shirt, these shirts are customized using a process that infuses the design directly into the polyester fibers.
That means there is no vinyl or printed transfer layer sitting on top of the fabric.
The result is a smooth, vibrant design that:

- Will not crack like a surface-applied design can
- Has no raised design layer

COLOR
White Only
This product is currently available in white only.
White isn't simply a limited color selection here, so I would explain why rather than leaving buyers wondering why your cotton listing has many colors and this one doesn't:
Why only white?
This customization process relies on the shirt's base color to produce accurate, vibrant colors. A white polyester shirt provides the proper base for photographs, artwork and other full-color designs.
I would avoid saying that sublimation requires white because technically sublimation can be performed on light-colored polyester too. Your product requires white because you've chosen white as your standard for consistent color reproduction. That's a better claim and gives you flexibility later if you ever change the product.
PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS
Since you're using TeeInBlue, I'd make the customization process broad enough that this isn't merely a "photo shirt."
1. Upload Your Design or Image
Upload your photo, logo, artwork or other design.
Accepted artwork should be the highest quality available.
2. Add Text
Enter any text you would like included in your design.
Optional.
3. Design Placement
Since you've previously wanted buyers to be able to choose front and/or back printing, I'd carry that structure into this product:
Front Only
Back Only
Front + Back
However, Front + Back needs an additional charge. Don't include two-sided customization at these prices.
I'd recommend approximately:
Front OR Back: Base price
Front + Back: +$10.00
That would make an S-XL with two-sided customization $39.99 instead of $29.99.
4. Additional Instructions
Provide an optional field for anything else the customer wants you to know about their design.
IMAGE QUALITY NOTICE
This needs to be fairly prominent because you're encouraging photo customization.
For Best Results
Upload the highest-quality version of your image or artwork available.
Images that are blurry, pixelated, heavily cropped, screenshots, or downloaded from social media may produce lower-quality results when enlarged for printing.
The quality of the finished design depends on the quality of the image provided.
If there is a significant concern with the submitted image, we may contact you before production.
DESIGN SERVICE
Since some customers aren't going to upload finished artwork, I would preserve the distinction you've been building into your custom products:
Have an idea but not a finished design?
No problem. Provide your images, text and instructions and select the option to have The Wright Memories create the design for you.
This is particularly important because eventually you can have both:

and
Seller Designs It
And later, when you create templates, those can become additional ways to order without changing the underlying product.
I would not include significant custom graphic design work for free in the $29.99 shirt price. That's a separate service/value.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To help keep your shirt looking its best:
- Machine wash cold
- Wash with like colors
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not dry clean
Because the design is infused into the polyester fibers rather than applied as a separate surface layer, there is no transfer layer to peel away from the shirt.

Because customized products are made specifically for you, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives with a production error or defect, contact us with photographs of the issue so it can be reviewed for replacement.
